Meet our office manager

Hi I’m Louise, the office manager here at Premier Oak Buildings.

I must admit I knew next to nothing about oak framing but quite a bit about how to run a business when I started here.  But Dexter is helping me to learn about the different parts of an oak frame.  My background is in teaching and coaching and, having run several businesses previously, I am in a good place to help.  My role is supporting our clients on the journey from the initial enquiry to supplying the bottle of bubbly to celebrate their frame on completion.

What I do

Looking after the administrative duties means that I wear lots of different hats each day. One day payroll, the next I am ordering stock or sending out quotations based on designs for our clients’ dreams. It’s always exciting and something new happens every day.  You can keep up with us on social media as that too is one of my favorite jobs, keeping you all up to date on what’s happening here.

The benefits

I work with a fantastic team who have various levels of experience and expertise in oak framing. Needless to say, I am picking up a lot about how an oak frame is created. I am usually the first port of call for our clients who may have questions about their dream frame. We can help with everything from a new build home to renovating or converting property.  There are great pergola, gazebo and garden room designs to give you the added wow factor in your garden. And how about a bespoke oak framed garage for your driveway too!

And finally, I have Buddy with me most of the time, needing cuddles or treats so if you visit the workshop do make sure you stop by and say hello. Hope to meet you all soon!
